2026 Community Meetupwith Mis Tacones, Mestizo, Veganizer
Happy new year! Veganizer is teaming up with Mis Tacones and Mestizo (Norah's sister restaurant) for our third annual January meetup. Come enjoy vegan food and drinks, while connecting with folks within our community. This is a great opportunity to invite family and friends who are doing Veganuary and trying to incorporate more plant-based meals into their routine. We will be donating a portion of sales to Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition.Sunday, January 25, 2026, 4pm-7pmMestizo, 2910 SE Division St, Portland, OR 97202Your $30 ticket includes vegan and gluten-free snacks by Mis Tacones. Alcoholic and zero proof drinks can be purchased from Mestizo. A portion of food and drink sales benefits PIRC. Each event ticket is also a chance to win gift cards from Mis Tacones, Mestizo, and Norah, as well as Veganizer merch.

Raffle to Support PIRCWe are also hosting a raffle to raise funds for Portland Immigration Rights Coalition. Menu subject to change based on availability of ingredients.Pollo Soy Curl Taco: Our delicious house-made "pollo" soy curls served in a hand-pressed 3 Sisters Nixtamal tortilla, garnished with fresh Cilantro and Jalapeño Cashew Crema.
Tres Hermanas Empanada: Seasoned corn, black beans and zucchini blend in a hand pressed, organic nixtamal shell, deep fried and topped with chipotle cashew crema, sunflower cotija crumbles, and cilantro.
Empanada de Papas con Soyrizo: Soy Chorizo and roasted potatoes in a hand pressed, organic nixtamal shell, deep fried, finished with garlic cashew crema and sunflower Cotija crumbles.
Mulita De Soyrizo: Soyrizo and Melted Sunflower Quesillo pressed between two Three Sisters Nixtamal tortillas, topped with our house Cashew Crema.
