What does my festival ticket include?Your ticket includes all 10 collaborative dishes, small bites, and drink tastings. 10% of ticket proceeds (after processing fees) will be donated to Equitable Giving Circle and Growing Gardens. Festival merch and full-sized packaged goods to enjoy at home can be purchased separately.
Why are there two ticketing times available?Like the past two years, Circle V Portland is split into two tasting sessions (12pm-2:30pm and 3pm-5:30pm) to create the best overall experience for guests and vendors. There are only 250 tickets per tasting session (venue capacity is 900). Each tasting session is 2.5 hours to give you plenty of time to enjoy everything!
Will there be vegan and gluten-free options? All food and drinks are vegan. Some dishes may be gluten-free, but we are unable to guarantee a gluten-free version of every item. Dish descriptions will be announced in early September.
Is this a seated, multi-course meal? No, Circle V Portland is a walkaround experience. While there are no assigned seats, there are communal tables, lounge areas, and bistro tables available throughout the venue on a first come, first serve basis.
Will I need to wait in lines at this event?By offering two tasting sessions and an all-inclusive ticket, we are able to keep lines to a minimum. To help us check everyone in efficiently at the door, please have your ticket QR code (and valid photo ID, if you plan on consuming alcohol) ready for our staff.
Do I have to be 21+ to attend this event?Circle V Portland is an 18+ event. Attendees must present a valid photo ID at the door to receive a 21+ wristband, if you are interested in enjoying alcoholic beverages. We will also have plenty of beverage offerings available for folks who don't drink alcohol.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible? The venue has ADA restrooms. There is a wheelchair elevator and loading ramp at the main entrance. There are a few steps connecting the indoor space and courtyard. However, there is a side entrance with no steps to the courtyard. Venue staff can assist and direct, as needed.
Can I bring my dog with me to this event? As much as we love pets, only certified service animals are allowed at this event.
