Norah Pan-Asian Restaurant
The name Norah refers to a traditional dance reserved for celebrations and community gatherings in Southern Thailand where Nan and Prae grew up. They immigrated to the United States to further their education over 15 years ago. Prae and Boss met Nan when they started working at her first restaurant in 2016. In 2022, they decided to open Norah, a plant-based Pan-Asian restaurant, together. In less than 2 years, they expanded and opened a second location. Their hope is that Norah will be a space for the community to gather, celebrate, and above all, eat!

Unwind Pasta Cart by Vtopian
At Unwind vegan food cart, Chef Riley Shepard draws upon a multitude of culinary influences and his past experiences working in the kitchens of fine dining restaurants to apply traditional techniques through a modern plant-based lens. Before opening Unwind, Riley previously immersed himself in learning from Michelin award-winning chefs. After 5 years in New York City, working at esteemed establishments including The Clocktower, Nix, and The Musket Room, learning from chefs such as Brian Yurko, Bogdan Danilo, and Forster Sorensen, he moved out west for a new chapter.

Fossil & Fawn: Odd & Yummy Wines
Fossil & Fawn started out as a completely reasonable idea in the late summer of 2011, and quickly spiraled into a much more complex, frustrating, terrifying, and unbelievably rewarding venture. We began with the notion of making a small amount of wine from our family vineyard as a single-site bottling, simply because no one else had done so before. The plan was to have a nice example to show to potential buyers of the Pinot noir and Pinot gris grown there. Somewhere along the line we figured that for all the effort, we might as well make it an official wine label. After a series of fits and starts (mostly fits), Fossil & Fawn was born proper as a wine label, nearly two years after we had that very reasonable idea.

Wilderton Aperitivo Co.
As the first non-alcoholic distillery and tasting room in the country, Wilderton is redefining what’s possible in the world of aperitivos. We handcraft our aperitivos in small batches, using botanicals thoughtfully sourced from around the world. By focusing on quality ingredients, we deliver bold, complex flavors crafted for the perfect spritz without alcohol.

Veganizer Collaborative Events
Veganizer specializes in collaborative vegan events in Portland, Oregon. Since its launch in 2017, Veganizer has produced events with dozens of Portland chefs, restaurants, and food carts. Attended by vegans, vegetarians, and veg-curious foodies, events range from intimate dinners to Circle V Portland food & drink festival to the annual World Vegan Month dining passport program. Veganizer is a one woman show event production company by Waz Wu.
